Not eating that crust I see lol…I love videos like this because they are helpful to pre ops I know and to me as well. I like seeing what others are eating in on an average day. Thanks!!

Very informative, thanks! Your vids are always so inspirational. I enjoy watching them. It was very good to watch…I am also about 3 months out and all I seem to ever eat is chicken and veggies or salad. About a month ago I was stuck on egg beaters…then I get tired of what I am eating and have to find something new. I recently made stuffed green peppers with ground turkey, those were yummy!!

Your videos are always so informative. I didn’t actually need to view this since I am also 12 weeks postop, but I still really enjoyed watching. Great video!

Thats pretty crazy cuz Im 6 months out and cant even eat what you can really. I couldnt have eaten half that breakfast. I always have an egg, 2 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese on an english muffin and it takes me an hour and a half to two hours to eat it and Im just starting to hold chicken down. Youre looking great though!

thanks for the vid! it is really helpful to show people and prove that “we don’t eat ONE bite of food for the rest of our lives”
That is the one thing that i have been hearing from people who “worry” about me getting this surgery!
Thanks for the friend request too.

Hi AJ…
After seeing this video, I went to Starbucks and go a passion tea just like you suggested. It’s pretty good stuff! Thanks. (congrats on the baby)

I have a dumb question… as of right now, do you still eat similar to this?? you’re further out than 3 months, how does your food routine vary from this one?? If you dont mind me askin !:)
watchmegetskinny posted: 11 Jan at 7:00 am
I can swallow capsules without any issues..
watchmegetskinny posted: 11 Jan at 7:01 am
It is very similar to this daily diet, I can eat more, but the types of food I eat REALLY has not changed. I will do another one soon if it would help you see?
thanks for watching!

Thank you so much for sharing. I am so glad a friend suggested to check out Youtube for videos from others that have gone through the surgery. I had lap. gastric bypass roux en y on Mar. 25, 2009 and my husband had the sleeve today (April 15.) I am just getting to view your videos and I love the fact that you have so much info! Congrats to you & your wife. I look forward to learning more from you.

I’m glad that you posted this video, it’s great and informative especially for those pre- op that maybe thinking they will “never” eat normally again. I am 3 months out as well, and feel relieved to be able to eat real proteins (not shakes etc), however, I do drink the clear Isopure- tastes like punch! Thanks for the video. Best to you.
