no but it is only beneficial for morbid obese people for others it is only a temporary fix and yes it screws up your metabolism. xx

i am sure it will be fine i was given the milk diet and i could not get on with it so the dietician gave me the high protein diet and it was much better for me.you only have 5 moe days to go so try and keep to it.i have only heard once about someone who never stuck to it and when they operated they saw the size of the liver and never did the op.remember the smaller your liver the less chance of the surgeon accidently nicking the liver causing severe blood loss. good luck if you want to p.m me i would love to hear how you are getting on.i had mine done 2 years ago and have gone from 25st to 10st.
