    Thanks Supafly! Yeah, candy nd chips are the bomb! I have been doing alot better since i did my vlog. Those always help me stay on track! thay really do. Yes 3 mins is right @ a 6.0. very good. But it makes my work outs go by so much quicker. I hope you can go to the meet and greet. Im using my tax money:) Take care..

    Hey Ms Bebe! You’re doing great as usual…we have our ups and downs of course, b/c no one is perfect! Chips are GOOD! I’ll admit it, but candy is BETTER!!! LOL…

    Anyways, in how many increments do u do your runs on the treadmill? I heard 3 mins at a time…and u going at about you said a level 6! (omg)

    I’d love to go to the meet n greet in Feb, but I’ll have to check with my schedule and my wallet first…

    Yeah! I love what they did for shay! That is an awesome show. I am not going to eat those chips anymore!!!! I think I have a new technique that I am going to work on ths week. Lets see if it works.

    good girl! You are doing awesome. keep up the good work. I am going to the meet and greet. Chips are my down fall too. lol My doctor told me not to snack and I think that is key, if I just stick to 3 protein meals I should do better. I am going to train for a 5k too. I am just going to get out there and run. I love the Biggest Loser too. Isn’t that great what they are doing for Shay? I do want to get to One-derland too, but you are right it is with us for life so we should take our time.

    Hey Wendy,I would love to be able to run a 5k straight through. Its all mental for me. I think I am capable but, havent found my mojo yet. I will though! I would love to stay with you girl! Lets make it happen. We can put a sigh on our door that says ” Banded Bitches” lol.

    good to see you! you are looking good. slim and trim is what i see. awesome! this is a journey and we will have days and weeks that “are less productive” than others. that is ok as long as we keep the prize in sight! way to go on the running! I burn about 400 calories running a 5k in 35 mins – FLAT! I hate inclines. . .yikes! Vegas baby! I’ll be there. i’ll be there for the whole week. I plan on staying at The Tusacany Suites = we can share a room if you like! let me know.

    Girl u looking hawt!! U know u deserved that shout out chica. Im hoping to be at the meet & greet to in Feb but still debating on it because I will still be recovering from my surgery.
