My cousin is going through the same thing. She just had her’s in October and is now five months pregnant. She has only gained four pounds, but the baby is fine. Just tell your cousin to eat healthy and make sure she takes her vitamins. She might possibly be considered high risk so she will probably go to doctor a lot more than normal.

My daughter is 35, she had GPS about 4 years ago. She is 36 weeks pregnant, and has gained only 5 pounds or less during her pregnancy. The baby is ok though.
